
Research shows our affinity towards nature is genetic and deep-rooted. This is why we are drawn to nature and just a walk in the forest or a stroll on the beach can awaken innermost feelings of happiness or peace.
Being in nature can improve physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing and this is why I offer walk and talk therapy. It can really stimulate the senses, reduce stress and anxiety and help us to emotionally regulate.
Walk and talk therapy will incorporate all the same essentials as normal counselling and will be subject to the weather and seasonal daylight hours. Alternative methods for sessions will apply in this instance; online, telephone or face to face.
